AEE Mortgage Advisors LLC provides foreclosure bailout loan consultation and referral services for homeowners and investors. Our online qualification quiz is a preliminary screening tool and does not constitute a loan approval, commitment, or offer to lend. Final loan terms are subject to verification, underwriting, and lender approval.
3. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide information about the property in question. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our Site or completing forms. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Site.
4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submitting information through our qualification quiz or lead form does not guarantee that you will receive a loan, pre-approval, or any specific loan terms. All offers are subject to lender review, property valuation, title review, and other standard underwriting conditions. AEE Mortgage Advisors LLC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
